Apparently this is how Motorola's upcoming Droid RAZR HD will look like. These pictures come from Droid Life, they show the back and side view of the phone. The new Droid RAZR HD will have a carbon fibre/kevlar back plate with the camera located in the center with the camera-flash and speaker located on each side.
The Droid RAZR HD is rumored to be powered by a 1.5GHz Qualcomm dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor, have on-screen navigation keys, a 13 megapixel rear camera, 720p HD display, and will be compatible with 4G LTE networks.
Although the official release date is yet to be confirmed, it's rumoured to be launching around late august-september.
