PC-Beto - Printed Circuitry Case Mod
A stunning case mod that is almost 100% custom built. It's called PC-Beto, and it features a unique printed digital circuitry theme all around the case. The user took a very old full-tower PC case, stripped it to the frame only and gave it new life with a fully customised outer casing, wrapping 2 layers of acrylic sheeting (transparent green on the inside and matt black sheets with cut out circuitry template on the outside).
The internals are very neatly presented and in line with the cases theme. All cabling is cleverly sleeved with green and black.

3-Way SLI G5 Hackintosh Mod
Here is an example of a heavily modified PowerMac G5. The old G5 internals are gutted to make way for top end PC internals making the G5 a Mac Pro Hackintosh. The modder used a quad core Intel Xeon processor (used in the original Mac Pro) and successfully paired it with 3 x Nvidia Geforce GTX 480 graphics cards.
The internals are neatly presented with custom aluminium covering around the motherboard and its components. The side door is customised to feature a 3mm light grey perspex window to show off the 3 GTX 480's.

Powerbook Desktop Conversion Mod
Here is an exciting Mac mod done by Richard Hunt which features an old Mac Powerbook laptop converted into a sleek looking desktop Mac. The whole design is quite simple but very elegant, with the case made out of 2 sheets of white acrylic, bolted together by socket countersunk screws and using a 15mm chrome pipe as spacers between the 2 white acrylic sheets. The middle is then wrapped in perforated steel.
The result... A stunning desktop Mac and a clever way to make use of your old Mac notebook.

Corsair 400R "Tribute to SERENITY" Case Mod
Here is an interesting PC case mod of a Corsair 400R mid tower with inspiration from "SERENITY" sci-fi movie. The mod is a tribute to the "firefly" ship in the series. There are lots of cool stuff such as: fighter pilot toggle switches attached to the case, SERENITY decals, custom airbrushing, custom LED lighting and much more. A lot of work and detail has been put into this case mod in giving it that distressed and industrial look and feel of "firefly".

Hypercube² PC Case Mod
This PC Case Mod is quite old now but it's still worth mentioning, as it's one of the best PC case designs I have ever seen. The inspiration comes from the classic Cube movie series. The design is a fully customised steel frame with white plexi, having the PSU tucked in the centre of the "Hypercube" between 2 hard drives, the rest of the hardware is cleverly placed in the surrounding areas of the cube, finished off with bright white LED lighting.
The rest of the system features a 12.1inch TFT touchscreen encased with a custom "Hypercube themed" frame, along with a customised Apple Keyboard and Mouse.
